I can't believe no-one's reviewed Sushi Bi yet! It has the yummiest, best value sushi in town, and the longest line every lunchtime to prove it! (Tip: Get there before noon to dodge the lines.) And because it's so popular, the sushi is always fresh. Particularly delicious are the flamegrilled salmon nigiri - I always rub 'em round on the platter to pick up more of the sauce! You can also get huge 'end' pieces of rolls for the same price as the regular size - $1 or $1.50 - and if you fill up a loyalty card, you get a free lunch. I walk across town regularly for their sushi.
