3rd October 2015 The inside of the shop had flies buzzing around with no visible blue-light/zapper to kill them. We decided to eat outside due to this.
We ordered our food, both soups and they were luke-warm and the soup was completely tasteless, bland and foul.
There was no flavouring, herbs or spices to the soup and the seafood wasn't fresh.
Seafood was very rubbery, dry, chewy and lacking flavour.
My 5 year old could cook better than this at home.
No follow up service during the meal.
Definitely wouldn't recommend to others.
We had an appointment to rush off to and returned within 2 days and the Manager failed to call me back or listen to my complaint.
On this day there was still flies buzzing around the food areas.

14th October 2015 Sorry to hear that you are not happy, We would be more than happy to solve the problem on a spot if you let us know straight away after couple mouth full but you left us in doubt when you came to ask for a refund. :)
Customers came on Thursday lunch time and finished all the food that they've ordered. They left without say a word also the food too. They came back and left message demand refund also came in again on Tuesday to personally asked for a refund. I refused as when customer left (after they ate food) there's nothing left in a bowls even a soup. If you can't eat it, you should have tell us on a spot. I think its unfair when there's nothing left on a plate and you still want your money back. :)
Fantastic food, great value, awesome people. Would highly recommend.
