Good location & there appeared to be plenty of parking right outside. Nice coffee & a great pastry. Smart, clean decor and the proprietor kept a close eye on customer service. I was there on a sunny Thursday morning and the outside tables were well occupied by the local dog walkers (water for dogs supplied!).
