Sylvia, who is the manager of Champers Party Shop says that the majority of customers know what they want but are a little unsure of how to put it together. 'Champers' biggest asset is that like a 'wedding planner', they will do a Champers Party Plan for you. If it is a theme you want or something completely bizarre or classy, for a relatively inexpensive investment you can buy banners, colourful disposable cutlery sets and plates, lights, balloons, props and glitter to enhance any occasion!
