They lost my car. I knew something was wrong when I called them from the airport to say I was ready to be picked up and they called back twice to confirm my name and car registration. On arrival at their depot (looong wait for their shuttle) I found they had "lost" my car - both physically and on their computer system. They took me through to the garage to see if I could recognise my key from the dozens on the wall. I could have been anybody wandering through and just lifted a key and taken a car (security was very lax). After about 10 minutes I mentioned they were supposed to take the car for a WOF and would that mean it was stored somewhere else. Another long wait while they followed this up, to find that they had taken my car to the WOF location the previous day and not picked it up. The WOF location was closed until Monday (this was happening on Saturday). They lent us a car to get home to the Waikato; it was a dented mess, full of holes, reeked of cigarette smoke and had an expiring WOF. We had no choice but to take the car to get home and return on Monday, losing a day's wages to do so. All attempts to contact the manager have been ignored, so we still have had no explanation as to what happened, no formal apology , and no offer of compensation for lost wages due to their incompetence. Whatever you do, avoid this company
