27th August 2012 worst service. Ever. A card was left at my door last tuesday, i made a call last thursday for redelivery. I was told that i should receive it friday, or next monday. I called again on monday morning to make sure i would get my parcel on monday as i didn't get anything on friday. They assured me i would get it in the afternoon. BUT I GOT NOTHING. I had to call and ask again, then they told me i will get it the next day. VERY UNORGANIZED. I needed to use the item on monday, what was the point of delivery if i get it on tuesday???
I have had experience with NZ Post and Post haste and they are so much faster and organized.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and i would never use their service again.
