21st September 2016 I totally regret using Degree to install my heat pump! They are arrogant and not willing to fix their mistakes - they didnt clean up after themselves and pretended they didn't see the mess, they pulled out my curtain rails and didn't bother to inform me, after a year we experienced a fault with our heat pump (first time using the air con), they were not interested in returning to check, even tho they proudly claimed their units have a 6 year warranty - so many excuses "Too busy etc etc" after several months of waiting, we had to get another company in to fix their mistake at our costs, which was an install issue.
