1st December 2012 Would never reccomend. Took our entire lounge suite as repairs had been arranged by our property manager. Almost a year later they have still not returned the suite, have heard several different reasons for this, the story keeps changing. Have no idea what condition our suite is in or if they have in fact actually completed the repairs. Cannot trust what they say, and if this is the way they treat their customers, I am amazed they are still in business. Would have liked to give them a negative rating, but the lowest I can give is half a star and in my opinion, that is way too high.

Prose
26th May 2012 We asked for a quote to cover our chair. In order for correct measurements to be taken we left our chair with them and selected two different materials for them to quote on. When we received the quotes we decided not to proceed and so went to pick up the chair only to find they had removed the existing upholstery from what had been a perfectly usable chair and leaving us no option but to get the chair reupholstered. We took the chair away and when we inspected it we noticed there was damage to the bottom section of the chair and 5 of the pre-covered buttons were also missing. When asked about why they had stated with out our OK we were fobbed off with glib remarks and no real explanation. Given our experience we would definitely not recommend this company.
