The OUR SYSTEM Institute takes a whole system perspective, first observing the system, and then thinking how to improve it with the help of its inhabitants. We take a 'no-bullshit' line to our consulting: we do not parade Master Blackbelts in Lean Six Sigma, impose benchmarks and ISO jargon, or use models developed for different systems on the system we are addressing. We observe and think, then act. And in any organisation with people involved it is the members themselves who are most vital to seeing and making the changes that will improve the system, with our help.
