21st January 2012 Asked to quote a small residential job and got that no problem. As time due near to when we needed the job done by and following up to confirm all was on track we were advised that a large job in our area was cancelled so we would have to pay substantially more otherwise we couldn't be given a date it would be completed. Wouldn't recommend for small jobs purely as they do not want to service this size market.
