Parent Voice: Rachel has been wonderful and very understanding of my different shifts at the hospital, she always tries to support parents. They are a great bunch at Topkids Waihi Rd including young Kate who always greets you at the front door with a smile - she's also really helpful. While I'm at it, can I say one staff member that really stands out to me is Nikki, she always stops to have a chat when you get in about how Alex's day was. All the while she's talking with you, she's watching other children and intervenes when need be, yet still makes time for you - she's a really lovely lady.
