What a nightmare! Rang on a Weds to get our TV set up[ at rental property, left a message as no one answered, they rang back 24 hours later, very helpful young lady, said we were on an urgent list and someone may even be out very later afternoon- great I said, she replied at latest will be tomorrow. No one turned up Thurs- but as a best case scenario no problem. By Noon Fri no one had rung or come. I rang the firm, again no answer (a pattern is emerging!), left a message. Did the same thing again at 3pm, 4.15pm and finally 4.45pm. Not one message answered, tried to use contact us facility on website- reported back that function was not available. Sent an email expressing my disappointment at the service (or rather lack of it). Booked with Ascot TV for them to come out Monday- which they did. Emailed Canterbury Aerials again to tell them not to bother re-scheduling appointment, asked if they could explain why I had received such shoddy service before I reviewed them, in case there was a genuine reason for the situation I was in - guess what- no answer to that email either. Suspect I will be waiting until hell freezes over before they answer any of my messages. Basic customer service 101 appears to have been skipped by everyone at this firm! In short steer well clear of this outfit- there was a total lack of service, communication or contact for that matter. Not once have I rung to find that the phone was answered ALWAYS goes to voicemail. Quite how this firm remains in business beggars belief. In my opinion do not engage this firm, try Ascot TV been around for 45 years, turn up when they say they will, do a great job, polite friendly and their charges are very fair.
