Under new management, tucked away in Greenhithe, the resident chef makes really tasty, and healthy food.

Plenty of parking and convenient to where we live.

They always have a smile.

Not cheap, but reasonably priced for the quality of the food.

Set in a "home setting" - this seems to be gaining in popularity -fast

Its just like you are enjoying your meal in Amsterdam. With Dutch knickknacks that will make any Dutch person remember their years in the Netherlands. We provide a kids room with a nanny available while you dine.

We provide special nights with specials celebrations and also a pancke party for the kids. The menu offering the classic frikandel special, a patatje oorlog or a pannekoek met spek. For Kiwi's, we provide a wonderful exploration through the meals of the lowlands, in which he or she can try the famous poffertjes or experience the treat for any young Dutch family, gourmetten.

We also have a gluten free menu available.

This comment has been long overdue, My partner and I have been here on several occasions and loved it each time. My partner rarely changes his order, whereas I like to start with simple dishes and spontaneously branch out. I've had their Beef burger on one occasion which was huge and a side of fries with peanut sauce and mayonnaise, unfortunately I was unable to finish this meal and ended up taking away. The fries and sauces were so moreish that we ended up returning primarily for them. On other occasions Ive had the speck pancake (which is ok)and the winter special (Dutch Sausage + Sauerkraut, mash potatoes and gravy)which is absolutely divine, and can't wait for winter so I can get it again. On our last visit my partner and I were able to judge how much was too much and ordered a side of fries to share and a Baklava Pancake.OMG!!!! That was the best decision we'd made that night and has become our new cravable food. If your wondering what my partner ordered on all these occasions except our last, well it was an "Indonesian pancake" which he absolutely loves and was very hard for him to change. We love this place, and only on one occasion have we felt ignored by the waiting staff. But that hasn't changed how we feel about the place. We'll definitely return.
