Overlooking a panoramic vista of the beautiful Hauraki Gulf the brand new Wai (water) Kitchen sits nestled in the heart of the township of Oneroa on Waiheke Island.
13th October 2011 Had spent a weekend away at Waiheke Is earlier this year and had really enjoyed a lunch at Wai Kitchen. It was an ideal spot for a perfect sunny day. We were seated by the French door (which are widely open) so have a good view of the coast and yet were still within the shade to keep us cool (very lucky because the place was nearly full and getting busier). It has a good buzz yet also very relaxing at the same time. The food was great too!! Would come back to Wai Kitchen next time I am in Waiheke Island!!
