What an amazing programme! My kids love it at M*A*S*H, the staff are great, the activities are fun and my kids homework is completed which makes my life less stressful :-) It's also the best School Holiday programme my kids have been to. Well done, what a great formula you have.

The first MASH coordinator at my daughters school was shockingly bad; I'd frequently arrive to find her engrossed on her phone, completely ignoring my daughter who was basically sat in a corner, bored. Admittedly the new coordinator is pretty great; she does a lot of fun, crafty activities with the kids. I'm totally unimpressed with M.A.S.H's overall policies. There must be two weeks notice for any absenses or else you are charged the full amount. I find this unacceptable, considering a lot of the families who need to use their services are struggling. I recently tried to remove several days from what I had previously booked my daughter in for the holiday program- It turned out I would be home and would not need her to be at Mash. I rang on the Monday the week before the holidays-7 days before she was booked in and 10 days before the first day I needed to cancel- and I was told too bad, you can't cancel. So Im left ( as a struggling single mother, studying full time, working part time and barely making ends meet) paying a minimum of $17 a day for days I no longer need. I can understand last minute cancellations being charged, but if you contact them, 2,3,4 days, or in my case 10 days before the cancellation then they should be decent and cancel it with no charges. Disgusted really.

Absolute rubbish child care. Staff are always on phones, sitting around, not actively looking after the children. One staff member was unable to speak English and a child broke her arm in his care. Boss of MASH is terrible at getting back in contact with you if it regards money, he is greedy and rude. I have visited several MASH programmes and kids either look bored or there is absolute chaos going on. One programme has only one staff member so the kids get left alone which is against the guidelines at any after school care. Staff members with a restricted and learner license have been driving the children around. It is also a rule managers must be over 20 which Craig, the boss of MASH, fails to follow. Would not put my kids back in this care ever again, and would highly not recommend putting your kids here either.
