Quality Rental Management have delivered as they have promised. The management have always been outstanding in providing a response to me that is market appropriate and knowledgeable given the trends occurring at this time. As someone with a vested interest in the property market their insight and knowledge has been so timely. The staff have been very professional in their handling of all matters. I recommend them highly.

As an out of town landlord, QRM painted a good picture of themselves as professional property managers. They were excellent when we bought the rental and as soon as they took over the 'management' things quickly became problematic. Things didn't get fixed. Emails didn't get responded to. We had some maintenance issues that never seemed to get resolved. And we were paying for a service that seemed to be fairly flimsy. Finally, the tenant managed to track us down to report how they were being treated. Turns out QRM had never lodged the bond - a property management basic. And, what is worse, QRM decided not to tell us, but instead bill the tenant at $20 per week, a year after the mistake was discovered. It was the tenant who told us about this 'arrangement.' It is actually easier for us to manage the property ourselves and have direct communication with the tenant, rather than rely on a dubious arrangement with this 3rd party.

Not sure what the other comments are about...These guys are awesome!! Just moved out of our place and what a stressfree process they made it!! I handed back the keys, paid my rent, inspection done, bond transferred to my new property...easy as! Always had notice when inspections were happening and any repairs were sorted.

Worst rental company I have ever come across, Lied, extended one year contract, claimed I owed more in rent than I did, house was a tip when I moved in, 2 weeks after handing keys back all I have heard is they are waiting on invoices before they finalise my bond, to do up house I guess as they wouldnt spend a cent on fixing the house. Very slack with paperwork (yes I saw my ledger of the dates they recorded my rent payments way after payments were made) was abused by manager on the phone for something that didnt happen,sent me threatening letters once informed I was going to tenancy tribunal about them, Never showed up at appointments, had to go to office to get anywhere, Also put a lot of unfair stress on me. Showed up with people to look through house with no notice at all hours. the list goes on.

No issues at all, they are nice to deal with. I was renting a property from them up until last month. I have a AP not go through one week - they contacted me the same day and let me know. Inspection and bond release were quick at the end of the tenancy. Yeah no issues. I'm confused about the other review they have. I found them to be a good company.

Very poor service, very slack. Always made me to go to their office when prior arrangements had been made, then they never turned up when an appointment was made. Didn't keep up with paperwork. They kept on charging extra for unpaid rent when I notified them more than once of the change of bank account. And after I ended the tenancy agreement they still contacted me about payments as if I live there. Not quality at all. I hope they read this and take notice because they put a lot of unfair stress on me and I will never go with them again.
