15th February 2013 I phoned Otahuhu Dentists wanting to inquire about a deal I came across on TreatMe or GrabOne which includes a scale and polish, an x-ray and 3 fillings for $199 and explained to them that I needed 4 fillings done - their male receptionist then promised me over the phone that they would give me the same deal($199) for 4 FILLINGS so I agreed and made an appointment.
3 days before my appt. I wanted to confirm that they would still honour what we discussed and again the receptionist confirmed and promised for the second time that they would honour the deal.
Today I went to my appt. at 9AM and while on the dentist's chair ready to get my fillings done I was told by the dentist and her colleagues (including the receptionist I spoke to over the phone) that I was entitled to only the scale/polish, x-ray and 3 fillings totally different to what we agreed on over the phone - they did not honour what was promised.
At the end of the day they made a promise they couldn't deliver/honour. I cannot do business with them again and I will not be recommending their services. It is appalling.
