I was very disappointed with the service I received from Pulse Automotive with my recent W.O.F. I had a voucher from TreatMe for a discounted W.O.F... I did not expect this meant a lower standard of service. My car was faulted on 3 aspects and failed. When I asked what I needed to do to get these issues sorted for the car to pass I got very little help - "oh...um...maybe take it to a garage or something" I took the car to my local garage and told them what it failed on - I was very disappointed when I got a call later that day saying that none of the things my car failed on were actually wrong (it was a bit waste of time and money having to go to the garage). Upon returning to pulse to get the recheck it past even though nothing had been changed. When questioned about why it had failed the first time when there was nothing wrong with it I got no proper response, apology or any attempt to make the situation right. I will not be using Pulse Automotive again.
