Our programme consists of overall strength & fitness; mobility & body conditioning; dynamic stretching; core & abdominal work; tendon strengthening; physical endurance and finishing up with a recovery plan - not lots of boring running like other boot camps!
Boot Camp by lifesystems is an exhilarating and trying experience - but remember, there is an end in sight. By completing each drill within each session, you will be filled with a well-deserved sense of accomplishment.
