15th December 2012 Ordered a slide from here online and there were parts missing. After 2 e-mails someone contacted me advising they would send the missing parts but I never received them. I sent another 2 e-mails and still didn't get a reply or receive anything so will have to source them from somewhere else. I will not be getting anything from them again.
