2nd October 2012 Absolutely shocking service. The tradesman who came to lay our laminate floor ranted and used abusive language towards my wife when she pointed out particular laminate planks which he was laying were a different colour and size (some of the planks were milky and the gaps between planks varied between 1mm and 3mm which should not happen with laminate flooring). I had to phone Carpet Mill and ask them to remove the tradesman from our home when he became abusive. We now have a half finished job with what seems like defective flooring installed with the good. We have asked for the defective laminate to be replaced and the job to be completed but Carpet Mill are not returning our calls or emails. We are now trying to follow up with the importer of the product. Do not go near Carpet Mill!
