We did contact them, although they advertise: "You can have your own advertisements as well" They will ask you to remove those as soon as you sign up with them. If you don't remove your own adds, they will email you they don't want t o deal with you anymore. In my opinion, they hope for a fast sale ( easy in Auckland these days) and grab the $2000 commission. Best to sell your house yourself on Trademe! Good luck and Kind regards

We bring our clients into the process for complete visibility - we cannot do that effectively and compete with them at the same time. We are not a way to get a free trademe listing and certainly do not do any "bait and switch". The value we provide to our clients goes beyond the advertising, through advice and guidance, negotiations, contracting and so on.
