Teresa is a qualified counsellor, with over 20 years experience in the helping profession. She combines her counselling knowledge and qualification with her previous experience in the early childhood education and nursing industries to provide an effective service, designed to assist with your unique requirements.

Teresa offers a wide range of counselling techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy and strength based therapy. She can assist both adults and children, including providing counselling services to local schools for both crises and as ongoing support.
