@amak According to CGA, you buy the product at your choice, a change of mind will not have you anything in return. In my personal experience, a very nice shop, high quality products and very competitive prices.

Very bad experience, and worst customer service. I needed 5 identical locks so selected the design I like but lady say said they have only four in stock so buy another one she showed me and I brought another one. Lady told me she will give me $2 discount but wont return if I dont like design later on. I brought 5 locks and come to home. Next day while installing that I found 3 lock was alright but 2 locks have all of four handles from one side only. None of handles have hole to screw in. I went back almost 30km driving to her shop but she denied to fix it as she did not have more handles and said you can replace with other design. I want to have all lock similar in house so asked either you replace all or fix this. I asked her if they can make hole in the handles then I can use and install. She asked $30 to make holes. I gone angry and said I will complain but she started shouting. At end, I had to come back with same locks . Neither she returned the lock or made the holes or replace. Just wasted 2 hours driving there. I think, she knew that there was a problem with locks, that why she asked me not change but she did not mention the fault while selling. Wont go back to that shop. A bad day.
