11th July 2013 In regards to the above comment, none of this it is true, the big boss did the carpet himself not the work, so before you go saying that he had lack of skill and care, he did not touch furniture, hes been in the business in 5 years, you just want an insurance claim which you are not getting out of us, machines do not put stain marks on carpet, the voucher was brought for your tennants, you complained three weeks after the job was done, it does not take three weeks for stains to show up from carpet cleaning, take the matter up with your tennants who would have possibly moved, also i have rung the companies that you have said that have looked at it through treat me, it was phone call via quote. Dont bother contacting us because all you are doing is making a fool to get an insurance claim, this company was not born yesterday, we have done over 100 carpets in auckland and hamilton in a month, there has been no other complaints, so before you go thinking that we are a company where you can rip us off to get your carpet replaced think again. Carpet machines dont leave stains.
2nd January 2014 Coyote Use sub-standard Carpet Cleaners at the level of a Rug Doctor, they use a BISEELL BIG GREEN which you can Hire at the warehouse and other places that DESTROY THE carpet like a roto-vac,
I hope they have Liability insurance because, those machines are made for owner-carpet cleaners cleaning their own carpet, Get a real machine over $5,000.00 is the starting point and there is a company in whangarei selling them

10th July 2013 I purchased a voucher for Coyote Carpet Cleaners to have my carpet cleaned on a daily deal website in May 2013.
The contractor was on time.
However, as a result of Coyote's lack of skill and care, the 16 month old carpet is now badly stained and, according to two reputable carpet cleaning companies, is likely to be irreparable.
In trying to resolve the issue with Coyote by telephone, I was told amongst other things, "Tough s*** ". That comment says it all. The daily deal website also tried to speak with them to resolve it and told me they had the same response.
There are lots of excellent suppliers out there who will exercise reasonable skill and care, who believe in good customer service and will make a genuine effort to remedy if needed, I suggest you try one of them.
Please note, this is my first ever on-line review of a business but I believe the service was such that it warranted feedback.
