NZPS have a professional and courteous approach, but I have found that they have not performed the due diligence necessary for such an important purchasing decision. I purchased a property promoted by NZPS some years ago. The developer turned out to be deeply deceptive, and we (10 or 11 owners) have been left in a situation where we can't sell our properties for anywhere near what we paid. Obviously NZPS did not intend this - I genuinely believe they want the best for their customers. But they made poor decisions in working with this developer, and did not show the necessary experience or foresight to conclude that leasehold property was a weak investment. I do not recommend New Zealand Property Solutions if you are considering buying a property (off-the-plan or not).
