DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!! I ordered a rather expensive doll and they sent me a way cheaper version of the same character as the doll. I have sent numerous emails and even tried to use the livechat on their website for weeks and they have not responded at all! If you want to buy, use Fishpond instead, they are reliable, honest and own up to mistakes.

BUYER BEWARE! I have ordered an item from Tubby.co.nz which (according to them) isn't even supposed to be sold in NZ because of the wrong power supply, although it is listed on their website and accepted my payment. They cancelled my order and kept the money. I have called and called their number. I left messages. No response. I have sent emails with my bank details. I called and left my bank details on the answering service. No response. No refund. I have left messages on their Facebook page. They deleted those and blocked me from their FB page. I don't think they are to be trusted - buyer beware!
