What a terrible service by Chch branch manager Myles! I have purchased more tiles then I needed from Myles but it was agreed that if I have any left I will be able to return it at 20% reduced rate. I have just spoken to Myles about returning 4 sheets and he said he "doesn't remember" having that conversation with me, he was rude on the phone and hang up on the phone. When purchased was made he was very clear that returns will have to be done through him and gave me his card with contact details. Totally unprofessional service and the way to speak to a customer! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

sample in store looked nothing like product received. were told sample must be from a very old and very different batch which they have none of...why was this the sample on the floor then?. company refused to do anything to resolve or compensate for the issue. do not recommend at all. wish I had gone elsewhere
