Made an appointment earlier during the day, and then i showed up at the exact appoint time.
I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time, NO apologies, NO explanation, they all just pretend that I don't even exist!!
The worst customer service skills, and the worst experience I ever had in the hair salon.
I strongly suggest no one to ever visit this rude place.
