Thermawise Homes quality modular homes feature pre manufactured structural insulated panels (SIP) that offer the highest insulation as standard, as well as being attractive, durable, and affordable.
17th December 2021 We cannot give this company a lower star rating. The business (aka BPM Contracts Ltd, among others) is directed by Campbell Grant Senior and Ricky Pene. Their method of dealing with client concerns, local authority fail notices, etc is to simply ignore them. Building inspections one by a Master Builder and the other by the Local Authority failed the work but no action has been taken by the builder. The contract should have followed guidelines by LBP (Mr Senior is an LBP) but were also ignored. The authorised LBP arbitration was arranged by our lawyer but indifference by Mr Senior has brought this to a halt. There is a case to answer, but cowards and cheats take the life savings of a retired couple - but do not complete the build. We are left with an empty leaking shell instead of a home. Shame on Mr Senior and Mr Pene.

24th May 2018 Can't give Thermawise any star, their performance building our home was abysmal. While they are LBPs, the owner has an email from MBIE confirming that the SIPs panel work is not restricted building work. We have leaks and I had to make a complaint to MBIE investigations, because they refuses to fix it. I can back everything I wrote up. Verdict: Stay well clear of BP Contractors trading as Thermawise.
