Peak Pilates & Physiotherapy instructors are highly trained and only receive certification from the company after 140 hours of training (mostly one on one) followed by six months of teaching.


We have a full-time quality control qualified physiotherapist and Pilates Director regularly assessing and developing all our instructors’ skills.


We are fortunate to have a variety of health professionals regularly referring their patients to us and we have formed close relationships with many doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and podiatrists.


Peak Pilates & Physiotherapy is owned and managed by Lorna and Jason Richardson.


Lorna is trained in the Biokinetik Exercise Technique (BET) which is a physiotherapy exercise rehabilitation method based on the theories of Joseph Pilates. Jason has trained with the UK Pilates Institute and Stott Pilates.


All trainers at our studios are experienced Pilates instructors and many are qualified physiotherapists. Together, we can work with you to achieve maximum, tailored results, whatever your need.
