Why Built-in Ovens?
If you(TM)re thinking about renovating or building a new kitchen, you(TM)re going to need to think about what kind of oven you want. Whilst a range might seem easier to incorporate, and require less planning at this stage, a little bit of thought being put into your decision will result in a kitchen that is practical and visually appealing.
Flexibility
While in theory you can put a range anywhere there is space and access to power, in terms of practicality, a wall oven can often be a more elegant solution. As well as having flexibility in terms of height (great if you(TM)re very tall/short or have a bad back) it can also help spread out cooking focus points in your kitchen, which can be very practical if you often have more than one pair of hands cooking.
