We have a Four hour response when we accept your job for water and blockage problems. If we are late for a four hour response job " you do not pay the call out fee portion of your invoice. So if you have no water or no hot water, a blocked toilet or drain, or flooding, simply ring us and we(TM)ll get to you quickly.
