AANZ specialise in a full asbestos management system including:
Demolition, Repair and Full management audits.
Consultations with the client prior to undertaking an audit so that we are able to tailor our services to suit each individual client.
Every audit undertaken results in a full report of our findings and a full Asbestos Register.
We undertake consultations with removal companies including pre-start checks on methodology, correct use of equipment, PPE and RPE, medical certificate checks, face fit certificate checks and monitoring their daily removal plan.
We are trained in Air Monitoring for ACM(TM)s, diesel particulates and nitrates as well as providing Site clearances and reporting of the same.
Our staff have had the highest training available including the BOHS W504 and the suite of CPCC courses which cover removal of friable and non-friable ACM, supervision of removal and asbestos auditing.
IANZ accredited laboratory used for analysis of samples.
