Shawna is a trained and certified coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute and has worked with a variety of clients from around the world in career and leadership coaching.
With a no-nonsense yet engaging style, Shawna has led a large variety of complex business and behavioural change initiatives to transform organisational performance.
Now she focuses her time on helping others meet their potential in a coaching and training capacity. Shawna delivers bespoke training and facilitation programs, as well as partnering with organisations like the NeuroLeadership Institute and PeopleCentric to deliver career and leadership coaching, coach training and management training.
