Independent Lift Inspections provides technical reviews and independent condition reports for elevators and escalators in the Wellington and Central North Island regions.
Barry Pole has over 40 years of experience in the lift industry and is a certified Independent Qualified Person (IQP). An IQP is authorised to provide a 12a Certification for a lift which is required for a building warrant of fitness.
Independent Lifts also provide objective technical advice for building owners or property managers. This is extremely important when considering major lift repairs, installations or negotiating maintenance contracts.
