Before You Buy will give you a comprehensive report showing and explaining any defects associated with the property " from the subfloor to the roof. You will receive a full report on any areas that require attention or repair in the grounds area, including drainage (all visual), also explaining areas that could be high risk to water ingress and may require attention in the near future.

An invasive moisture test will be conducted as part of the inspection. You will receive the report, with photos, via email within 24 hours of the inspection for viewing.

Before You Buy also project manage any tasks surrounding council requirements. We can take care of all relevant paper work, assist in completing outstanding council consent requirements (CCC), and help with obtaining a certificate of acceptance for any non-consented building work (COA).
