I'm Wendy Matthews, Therapist, Counsellor and Self Awareness Facilitator. My practice focuses on working alongside you, supporting you to self-observe, and identify what's really going on in your life which is causing you pain and discomfort. I guide you away from the old pattern of analysing and intellectualising with the mind and instead encourage you to look inwards. Challenging you to drop the repetitive pattern of looking for an external source of blame for your situation and instead, via developing inner awareness through relationship, become fully self responsible for your own life experience. Through an emerging faculty of awareness you regain the ability to truly feel your feelings, get to the root cause of your pain and begin to move out of suffering and in to joy.
