Lynette Breen is not only a phenomenal human but an amazing life coach. During my first session with Lynette she explained her role as a coach was not to give me advice, but to guide me within to find the answers I was seeking. She gently guided me through a series of questions that led to some very thought provoking discussions. I was blown away by her insightfulness and perception. I knew I had just met a woman who saw the real me and my inner struggles, and from there my journey began. The following sessions became like explosions of clarity and accountability. With Lynette's incredibly valuable tools and techniques, I was able to challenge years of limited thinking and false beliefs. I found the most confronting sessions released the most empowering growth and soon enough I was communicating new positive beliefs and creating confident long term changes to my life. This all happened over a period of 6 months, and it happened because Lynette has a special talent for seeing people for their highest potential, then helping them see it too.
