We create a safe and supported environment for you to learn about and practice yoga. Most classes are 90 minutes, with a combination of warming up, strength and flexibility work followed by restoring and restful asana.

We provide different types of yoga, pilates and meditation at Yoga Tree Taupo including: Iyengar, Hatha Aligned, Hatha Flow and Yin. There are many props that are used to help us create a deeper understanding of each asana, and also enable people working with injury, or limited mobility to get the full benefit of yoga. We have wall ropes, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and yoga chairs. There are also courses for raw beginners and other interest groups for example, mountain bikers. We provide monthly yoga workshops on a Saturday morning, full day yoga intensives, guest teacher weekend workshops, yoga retreats in New Zealand and yoga retreats in Bali.
