20th May 2022 Oxygen Air need to sort out their support process. The sales and install process was fine. But the support has been the worst I have ever encountered from any company ever! Our unit developed an issue 8 months after install (still under warranty), and it took 6 weeks of continual phone calls and emails just to get their support team to call me back. Finally got a technician out, he did some diagnosis, determined it was a leak but didn't have the gear to fix or replace the problem. That was 2 weeks ago, and still haven't heard back and am unable to actually get through to their support.
