DRAINAGE
More than 50% of the Annesbrook Plumbing and Drainage workload comes from drainage work, and we pride ourselves in our workmanship, utilizing our rubber track 1.7T Kubota, and 2.5T Kobelco excavators to carry out most drain-laying jobs.
We frequently use larger machinery when need be, making no job a problem. The bulk of the work we carry out is installing domestic sewer, storm-water and on-site disposal of effluent, via a waste-water treatment system.
We encourage rainwater harvesting, to minimise such a wasted resource, water, which most of us take for granted. It is the storage of rainwater, collected from off the roof for use either for house water supply or irrigation. This can be stored in a large water tank, either buried or above ground.
We can also use our machinery for installing all services such as sewer, storm-water, power cables, telecom and fibre-optic ducting and water pipes.

Drain Clearing & Camera Inspection
Annesbrook Plumbing and Drainage is pleased to offer water jet drain clearing, camera inspection, and drain locating as an extension of our services.
Using our Hydro-Jet water blaster, our trained and experienced staff can clear even the most stubborn of drain blockages in an efficient manner by using water jet heads to blast through any accumulation of debris, quite often accumulation of fat build-up, root-cutting, and drain flushing, leaving your drains like new. Our team can then use the latest state of the art technology to accurately inspect the interior walls of your drains for damage, or to find the cause of the blockage, so a remedy is found to ensure there is no repeat problem a few months down the track.
Over time, drains can lose their integrity due to ground movement, pressure from large tree roots, or repeated heavy traffic, so joints in the pipework lose their seal. Then roots invade the drain, in search of nutrient water. Tree roots are the most common problem, finding their way into cracks in the drain. They can be located, using our camera locator. An assessment can be made, to allow the removal and replacement of faulty drain section, ensuring peace of mind that the problem is resolved.
