2nd March 2010 OMG, I also agree. Took in my underwater camera from my very first dive ever!. The guy said he could get process the film. Charged me $20 in Advance and when I went back he couldn't remember me or where the film was. He was extremely rude about it also. A lady took my name and number and never called me back. Iv'e been waiting since anniversayry weekend for a call. Rip off merchants and the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

2nd November 2009 Agreed with above! I had 60-odd pictures printed today from digital negatives (from a pro photographer). The pictures were all printed yellowed and dull! I asked for a refund, the owner said they were perfect and that he did not need to tell people that he uses an analogue machine to print digital prints. This seriously affected the quality, and he refused a refund! Sylvia Park Customer Service rep said she has had many complaints about this store, but is unable to force him to meet his Consumer Guarantee obligations. Horrible rude man indeed.

17th September 2009 Never use these people at there Sylvia Park shop. I have had the worst customer service in here that I have ever experienced. I wanted to get two pictures from my mobile downloaded and printed - cost $10. When they were printed, both pictures appeared side-by-side on the one 5"x3.5" photo paper. When I tried to do something about this, Nik said it was my fault, I pressed the wrong buttons, and it was nothing to do with him! He wouldn't help in any way or offer any refund. Horrible rude man
