23rd February 2012 Went into this shop last week. The owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with, went out of their way to help, I can't comment highly enough on their customer service. A lovely range of jewellery, I am telling all my friends to pop in when their in Feilding next. It is well worth the detour if you are travelling down to Wellington.

23rd February 2012 Purchased a Handbag at this shop which broke after one week. Phoned the shop to arrange a resolution as I live in a different city. Due to my distance I suggested that I have the bag repaired and that the shop pay for the repair. I was happy to supply photos and a copy of the receipt with the repair docket. The owner of the shop was very rude and stated that they would only repair it themselves or send it away for repair and that if I needed to purchase another handbag that was my problem. This shop is quick to sell items but if something goes wrong their customer service goes out the window.
