15th July 2008 I have purchased numerous items with Hart Jewellers, with the most significant being My stunning Engagement and Wedding rings, which have been the envy of many people and I still get comments on regularly 2yrs later!! The service I receive has always been fantastic, I always walk out feeling great and my rings always dazzle after being cleaned and not even having to ask! My Mum, Aunt and Nana also have all their jewellery requirements meet with the team there and we will all be loyal Hart Jewellers Customers for life. I never hesitate to recommend Hart Jewellers when I get asked where my Beautiful jewellery is from, I think they are a great, happy, helpful team! :)

30th June 2008 I got my engagement ring from Hart Jewellers in january 2007 and their service was faultless! They helped me with designing my dream ring and we are now having our wedding rings made there for our december wedding because they offer long term layby which was so helpful because of all the other bills with a wedding. They also clean my ring free every time im in town and they do that for everyone, even if your rings not from there! I went there because they were recommended to me by so many people and now I wont go anywhere else! My whole family only goes to Hart Jewellers! Thanks team HART :)

27th May 2008 We went in to get quotes for redesigning an old ring from my fiances grandmother.
We were told our quotes would be ready on a certain date and time.
The service was poor and the quotes were not done on time. Repeated phone calls to ask when we could pick up the ring and quote met with curt responses and when we finally picked up the ring, we had left for them to base the quote on, the staff were rude and unhelpful. They took a lot of time to find our ring in the store.
They did not give full explanation of the different jewellery terms and designs and left us not wanting to go back there again.
Would not recommend them at all.
