3rd April 2013 I found it didn't work for me so called up within the 60 day money back guarantee period and sent it back via NZ post with tracking number, it was delivered and have been told they can't find it prob due to them moving warehouses and won't be getting a refund even though the delivery was confirmed when they called NZ post with the case and tracking number. The manager has been asked to call but hasn't , the assistant manager said she will wait to hear from me through legal means.
Its one thing if the product doesn't work but but please have the customer service, honesty and dignity to stick to your refund policy
