Just a couple of lines to say thank you for the great service provided to us at your Christchurch office. Having used you recently for the second time, this time the South Island and having an accident 5 hours into our trip that could have spoilt it your team was exceptional and totally understanding and sympathetic at the time and when we returned the Focus. Just arrived back in the U.K and would like to say thanks for your very good services. I have hired cars from all parts of the world but your way of dealing with a customer is the best I have encountered. No problem with the pick up from Christchurch, good instructions to leave the city, a very, very good Free book about New Zealand, no problem at Picton on leaving the car and picking up the new vehicle at Wellington, Ferry crossing organised very smoothly and finally the drop off at Auckland airport handled extremely well Would recommend to anyone wishing to hire a car in New Zealand "GO for Apex". Thanks once again your service made our first trip to New Zealand very enjoyable. Regards Colin
