KEY ASSETS FOSTERING provide a safe, secure and stable environment for children and young people and in many cases will work towards reuniting the child/young person with their birth family.
Key Assets offers a range of placements types for children and young people of all ages. All placements are matched to ensure a fit between the needs of children and young people and the skills and experience of foster carers to meet those needs.
We aim to provide you with placement options within 24 hours of your request. You can be sure that:
* All foster carers are properly approved, trained and supervised
* All placements of children's and young people are made using Placement Agreements which are prepared either before or at the time of making the placement.
* Whenever possible, pre-placement planning meetings and introductions are made between the child or young person and the foster carer
* You will receive regular updates on the child or young persons progress based on our recording system, 20 Key Development Assets.

All our carers records the daily events and achievements of the children and young people they look after using the 20 Key Development Assets framework.
