We hired the Large WaterSlide with splash pool for a big family Christmas Day this year. The initial setup was done on Christmas Eve and Arthur came back on Christmas Day to peg it down and start it up. It cost extra to have it on Christmas Day but it was well worth it. All the kids had a great time, played on it from the time they arrived until they left to go home, exhausted. This is the 3rd time we have hired from Neverland and the 2nd time we have hired this same Slide & Pool (Rock Climb - wet with Pool) combination. I'm sure it won't be the last. Great guys to deal with and thank you for making Christmas Day extra special for all our family.

I use Neverland Castles every year for our end of year party we got two inflatables this year and as usual great service and friendly helpful staff. If you want an inflatable for any event look no further I fully recommend them. Head Instructor Botany Taekwon-Do

We hired the "Fun Theme House" bouncy castle for our sons' 4th Birthday party. Jarrod & team set up early, secured the castle, went over the Dos' & Don'ts & promptly packed down at the end of the 6 hours. The bouncy castle was in good condition, great sun cover, and easy to watch the kids from all sides. Our son and his guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The fridge magnets were included in the Goody bags, for our guests. Online availability guide, prompt replies to our emails, convenience of paying the on the day, made our party preparations so much easier! We definitely will be hiring again for our next event.

We use Neverland Castle every year for our Christmas Fun Night and can't fault their service. Great at keeping in touch regarding set up times, arrive when they say they will and work quickly and independently to get everything set up safely and securely - including in very windy conditions. Castles are in great condition and the children just love them. Thanks for your great service Jarrod and team

Thank you for coming to set up early and take down with no hassle. We hired a bouncy castle and put up in the garage, as the rain came down. The kids loved the castle. Would definitely hire from here again. Thank you.

We hired the 21m inflatable course for our camp out in Piha and it was a great hit. We had girls from 16 to 18 and all different sizes run through it without a problem. I would definitely recommend using these guys. They came early and set it all up and took it all down, no fuss such great service. Thanks again Jarrod.

This is the second time I've hired the Wild Splash Slip & Slide it is great fun for Children & Adults and really good value for money. Both times they've arrived on time (or early) to set it up and it's been a no fuss, stress free experiance dealing with them. I would reccommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for future events/parties!

Highly recommend NeverLand Castles. Quick and easy communication, we requested a last minute late pick up and they did it, they dropped off and picked up with out a hassle and we didn't even notice the removal happening.Thank you Jarrod for the amazing service!

Highly recommend NeverLand Castles. Jarrod responds to emails quickly and was very flexible with our last minute delivery time change. As a result of this, we had an amazing Hay Park Way Fun Day. Students and teachers loved the obstacle course. Delivery and set up was done effortlessly by two amazing NeverLand Castle employees. Thank you Jarrod for the amazing service!

These guys are great. We hired an adult bouncy castle, table and chairs for our business family day. Neverland were easy to deal with, prompt and hassle free. The set up quickly and removed just as efficiently. Greatly enjoyed by the children. Will use this business again.

Hi, Our organisation has used NeverLand Castles quite frequently for our Holiday Programs & FunDay's. Their services are exceptional! Communication is amazing and frequent. Service set up is amazing and is always early. No hassle, not messy and always professional. Love the variety of bouncy castles and the sizes for indoors and outdoors. Kids had a blast! Great service, kids really enjoyed the obstacle course. I thought it was value for money the length of time for the hireage fee. Really fast response to my emails and checking in the day before the event. Would recommend to anyone to use for their party or event. Thanks again Neverland castles.

Great service yet again. They turned up half an hour before the booking started so everything was up and running on time, and turned up on time to pack everything down. So simple, no fuss, and the kids had an absolute ball. Couldn't even get them off the slide to come and eat birthday cake! Definitely on our list of recommended birthday party activities.

Top notch service!!! Absolute pleasure to deal with and professional fast and efficient staff. We got a phone call the day before to ensure everything was moving ahead as planned and because the weather had been really dicey it was really touch and go whether or not we could go ahead with having the castle set up at all. Thankfully the gods answered our prayers and the sun shone brightly. Everything was set up perfect and on time. Thank you Jarrod and the team.

Highly recommend Jarrod and Neverland Castle. Great communication and service. No issues booking and payment was easy. We hired the Jungle Mega Water Slide and it was perfect. If you have the room (this one is big) this is the perfect slide for keeping them entertained all day long. Will be back.

Otara PIPC Sunday School used the services of Neverland Castles for our Community event December 5 2015. We had the princess bouncy castle and it was just perfect for our event. It was definitely a hit with all children and we had to keep reminding them to be patient as we couldn't have too many kids on at one time. There were children on the castle non-stop from the time it came till the finish. I dealt with Jarrod, he always kept in contact with me so I knew all details up front. He was on time to drop off, set up and to pick-up. He was very helpful, organised and I loved dealing with him. Thank you so much for your help, and I recommend it to anyone who wants service with excellence. God bless Mary Richard

I hired a water slide for my 3 daughters' end-of-school-year party - it was a huge hit. As soon as it was up, one of my daughters was on it and from memory, for the rest of the day, there were teenagers enjoying it. Great entertainment for all ages. Thanks!

Booked online, received initial booking confirmation by email, then was sent another confirmation of deposit paid to confirm booking. I was contacted day prior to confirm delivery details and timing. We had no issues at all hiring a bouncy castle for my daughters first birthday. We enquired before booking and the team were friendly and advised that the entire fee had everything included delivery, set up, pump etc. Which is amazing as some other places charge additional fees for everything. They were able to accomodate me wanting the castle for reduced hours and also texted me a day before confirming the details. Once on site on Saturday morning they were friendly quickly set up advised me of all I needed to know and then came and packed down once they were done. No fuss at all and made the birthday planning less stressful. Will definitely hire again with Neverland Castles as they were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thanks again guys :)

Highly recommend hiring from NeverLand Castles and Water slides. Very helpful and friendly great communication leading up to the day of the party. As a mother of 7 price is a huge factor in our household and Neverland Castle has a price to suit for everyone this is very hard to come across. Once they arrived they went right into setting things up as fast as possible so all the excited children could get on to play. Will most definatly hire from NeverLand Castles again as the service as well as the castle was just exceptional!! Thank you very much for making our little girls 5th birthday a day she will always remember!

I hired the toddler 4in1 for my sons 1st birthday. Delievery was on time service was awesome the castle was perfect all kids had fun. The only down side i suggest a sun protector over top as it was an extremly hot day. Other than that i would hire again :)

We hired the Popcorn machine and Candy floss machine for my son's Circus themed party. They were both a hit!! Candy floss machine a bit tricky to get the hang of but fun and tasty
We hired the Popcorn machine and Candy floss machine for my son's Circus themed party. They were both a hit!! Candy floss machine a bit tricky to get the hang of but fun and tasty

We hired the Dora themed castle and two sets of kids tables and chairs,very happy with the prompt communication, they were early on the day of the party which was great!! fast set up! the kids loved the castle was the highlight of the party! would recommend and I'm sure ill be using Neverland castles again :)

I hired the obstacle course with angry birds feature and it was a huge hit with the 20 children we had at the party. Definitely worth the money. Great delivery and pick up service with friendly owners.

It was my Son's 5th B-Day yesterday and we hired obstacle bouncy castle with Spider Man feature. We had 8 busy little boys, and they all just loved the bouncy castle. Hiring the castle was the best thing we could have done, thank-you and great service, nice man and great job done thank-you. Francis

We hired a dora castle for our daughters 3rd birthday - a great success - the kids all loved it!!! The table and chairs were lovely and bright - everyone commented on them - quick response to our emails - great to deal with!

I hired Neverland Castles Twice now and the Kids and there friends loved it I could not even send them home if they had the chance they would have played all night long 6 hours of Fun and laughter Jarrod is Excellant to deal with very helpful and reliable I recommend to Others for kids parties, I sure will be Hiring them again next summer Thanks

We have used Neverland Castle hire twice now for our school fairs. Jarrod is excellent to deal with, reliable and honest. Our last Fair was on a very wet and windy day so most of our outdoor plans had to be cancelled. Luckily Jarrod suggested his smaller indoor bouncy castle which was perfect inside our school auditorium. Thank you Jarrod. It's a pleasure to work with you. Jo Degen-Smith, SMCP School PTFA

I hired the waterslide for my twin daughters' 10th birthday party. What a blast, It was so much fun. Beats hiring a clown or a magician. Six hours of fun and laughter. I even had a turn prior to the guests arriving and once they had left - what a giggle. The 13 children we had here for the afternoon all loved it - with many saying they want this for their own birthday parties! We'll certainly be hiring it again next summer.

We hired the Large WaterSlide with splash pool for a big family Christmas Day this year. The initial setup was done on Christmas Eve and Arthur came back on Christmas Day to peg it down and start it up. It cost extra to have it on Christmas Day but it was well worth it. All the kids had a great time, played on it from the time they arrived until they left to go home, exhausted. This is the 3rd time we have hired from Neverland and the 2nd time we have hired this same Slide & Pool (Rock Climb - wet with Pool) combination. I'm sure it won't be the last. Great guys to deal with and thank you for making Christmas Day extra special for all our family.
