To whom it may concern

My wife and I have contracted Andrew Sampson of Home Projects Limited to undertake building works (additions and alterations) to our home in Kohimarama on two occasions.

Initially, in 2007 Home Projects completed renovations to our living, dining, kitchen and laundry area to convert it to an open plan layout, including replacing the joinery, installing new french doors and polishing the floors.

We then used Home Project's services in 2009 to complete alterations to and a rebuild of our roof and an addition to our home.

On both occasions we found Andrew and his building team to be capable, conscientious and courteous (i.e minimising disruption to our household). Andrew carefully managed the work and kept (as close as possible) to both budget and timeframe.

Andrew kept us fully informed on progress and discussed all aspects of the project with us, allowing us to make/confirm decisions on the building works as they progressed.

We have no hesitation in recommending his services for similar work.
